007 x Swatch

Role: Art Direction, Layout, Print/Digital/Motion Asset Production

Challenge: Create a set of campaign visuals to accompany a series of watches launched by Swatch to coincide with the launch of No Time To Die (2021).

Approach: My goal was to create visuals that felt premium and cinematic, rooted in Bond's world. As the watch was inspired by Q, the brains behind Bond's gadgets, I took inspiration from technical drawings that emphasise his skill, knowledge and experience - a perfect marriage with the Swatch brand, where customers can expect a high level of quality and craft. Part of my role involved supplying assets to the motion team, who brought each artwork to life as animations displayed in high-profile locations, including New York's Times Square.

Role: Art Direction, Layout, Print/Digital/Motion Asset Production

Challenge: Create a set of campaign visuals to accompany a retrospective collection of watches celebrating iconic Bond films. Unlike the Q watch, each piece needed to feel rooted in a specific film era while still sitting cohesively within the wider campaign.

Approach: I researched the broader history of Bond and watched each film, using that as the foundation to understand the world each watch was referencing. Rather than applying a single template, I let the design of each watch guide the visual direction. Each piece was treated as its own creative challenge, connected by a consistent system but distinct in its references and mood.
